chef David Thompson has set his sights on Koh Samui where he will be opening
an authentic "Southern -Thai" restaurant, serving fresh seasonal seafood sourced
from local markets to recreate the quintessential southern Thai palate.
"Long Dtai" is open now on luxury private islands resort Cape Fahn.
Interpreting traditional flavors with finesse, Chef David also seeks
to promote marine sustainability, using only line caught fish.
